The dry seasons (June–October and January–February) offer the best wildlife concentrations. For Great Migration river crossings specifically, July to October is peak season in the Masai Mara. Green season brings lower rates, fewer crowds, and newborn animals during calving.
Can I combine Kenya and Tanzania in one safari?
Yes — our combined Kenya and Tanzania safari is one of our most booked itineraries. The Masai Mara and Serengeti share the same ecosystem across the border. A 10-day combined itinerary gives you both countries under a single seamless plan with guides who know both deeply.
Do I need a visa for Tanzania?
Tanzania offers an eVisa system applicable to most nationalities, applied for online before travel. We provide all confirmed guests with current visa guidance as part of their pre-departure pack. Requirements vary by nationality — contact us for your specific situation.
How many days do I need for a Tanzania safari?
A minimum of 7 days is recommended for the northern circuit. To add Zanzibar, allow 10–11 days. For a combined Kenya and Tanzania safari, 10 to 12 days is ideal. We’ll build an itinerary that uses every day efficiently.
