Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO). Private pickup and transfer to your Nairobi accommodation. Trip briefing with your guide.
Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Morning drive south toward Amboseli.
Afternoon game drive on arrival, with Mount Kilimanjaro as backdrop.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park
Full day of wildlife viewing. Amboseli holds Kenya's largest elephant herds, set against Kilimanjaro's snowcap on clear mornings.
Morning and afternoon game drives.
Day 4: Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park
Drive north into the Rift Valley.
Afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru, a rhino sanctuary and one of East Africa's top birding sites.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
Descend into the Mara ecosystem.
Afternoon game drive across open savannah on arrival.
Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 7: Masai Mara to Serengeti via Isebania Border
Cross into Tanzania at Isebania. Your Kenyan guide and vehicle hand you off to a Tanzanian counterpart at the border, since vehicles registered in one country can't operate inside the other's national parks.

Getting There & Border Logistics
Fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), Nairobi. Your guide meets you at arrivals for a private transfer, no shared shuttle.
Isebania Border (Kenya–Tanzania)
Your Kenyan driver-guide and vehicle take you to the border. A Tanzanian driver-guide and vehicle are waiting to continue the journey into the Serengeti. Have your Tanzania visa ready; e-visa applications are processed in advance.
Namanga Border (Tanzania–Kenya)
The same handover process applies on the return leg: your Tanzanian guide and vehicle bring you to Namanga, where a Kenyan guide and vehicle take you on to Nairobi. Your Kenya ETA should be approved before travel.
Yellow Fever
A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required if you're arriving from or have transited through a country with risk of yellow fever transmission. Check current requirements with your travel clinic before departure.
