Getting There

All flights depart from Wilson Airport (WIL) in Langata, Nairobi, not JKIA. If you're arriving internationally, we transfer you from JKIA to your hotel first, then to Wilson the next morning, unless timing allows a same-day connection.

None of Amboseli, Samburu, or the Masai Mara connect directly to each other by scheduled flight, so every inter-park leg routes through Wilson Airport with a short layover. Total journey time per connection, including the layover, is typically 1.5–2 hours.

Baggage

Baggage is limited to 15kg per person in soft-sided bags only, for each flight leg; hard suitcases aren't accepted on the aircraft. We can store excess luggage at your Nairobi hotel or a Wilson Airport locker for a small fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Two full nights at each park is enough time for a genuine game-viewing experience without the trip feeling rushed, and since every leg is a scheduled flight rather than a road transfer, none of your seven days are lost to driving.

Private throughout. A fresh Land Cruiser jeep and driver-guide meets you at each of the three parks, exclusive to your party.

Camps and lodges are selected from the premium tier at each park rather than mid-range properties, typically featuring larger tents or rooms, private plunge pools or verandas at some properties, and higher staff-to-guest ratios. Exact properties depend on availability for your dates.

None of the three parks connect directly to each other by scheduled flight, so each transfer routes via Nairobi's Wilson Airport with a short layover. Total travel time per leg is typically 1.5 to 2 hours including the connection.

15kg per person total, in soft duffel-style bags, for each flight leg. Hard suitcases aren't accepted on the light aircraft used for these routes.

June to October and December to March are generally dry across all three regions. July to October also covers the Great Migration in the Mara and clearer Kilimanjaro views from Amboseli, though it's the highest-demand and highest-priced window.

Yes, on request, during the Mara portion of the trip, for an additional cost.

Yes. The Amboseli–Samburu–Mara sequence is our standard routing, but the order can be adjusted around flight schedules, camp availability, or your own preferences.
