On this five-day safari you cover four of Tanzania's headline parks — Tarangire, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara — with two full days in the Serengeti to properly track its resident predators and migratory herds. You travel in a private, pop-up-roof 4x4, stocked with mineral water, snacks, power sockets and binoculars, with a personal experienced safari guide throughout. Available for couples, families and small private groups of 2–6 travellers — never shared with other parties.
Accommodation runs mid-range: a lodge near Tarangire and Ngorongoro, and a luxury tented camp inside the Central Serengeti for your two nights there. Full board is included on every day the itinerary specifies.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
An early morning pickup from your lodge starts the drive to Tarangire National Park, with a hot picnic lunch carried along. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds, with landscapes ranging from seasonal swamps to open savannah as the Tarangire River winds through the park — watch for lion stalking prey and leopards relaxing in the trees above. Once the game drive is complete, you're driven back to the lodge to relax, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park Game Drive
After breakfast, depart for the Serengeti with a game drive along the way, stopping for lunch at a suitable spot inside the park before continuing the game drive into the afternoon and reaching your camp. The Serengeti is famous for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope and wildebeest, alongside resident predators — leopards, cheetahs and lions.

Day 3: Full Day, Serengeti National Park
A full day exploring more of the Serengeti's iconic plains. After breakfast, set out for a morning game drive among grazing herds of wildebeest, zebra and antelope, pausing for lunch at a scenic spot before continuing into the afternoon. Watch for leopards resting in trees, cheetahs sprinting across the grasslands, and lions on the prowl, before arriving back at your camp by evening.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside the crater, carrying lunch boxes. Ngorongoro holds the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of Africa's natural wonders — roughly 30,000 large mammals are resident year-round, including buffalo, lion, elephant, cheetah and rhino, alongside a wide variety of birdlife such as flamingos, eagles and buzzards.

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park, End of Tour
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive with lunch boxes carried along. Lake Manyara is famous for its arboreal lions, which hide among tree branches, alongside numerous troops of baboons that will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park. Once the game drive is complete, you're transferred to Arusha, where the safari concludes.

Getting There & Travel Logistics
This tour starts and ends in Arusha. Fly into Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), near Arusha, or into Arusha Airport (ARK) via Dar es Salaam or Nairobi. We can help you select your international flights, but you'll need to book them yourself. A roundtrip airport transfer is included in your tour price.
Vehicle & Activities
All game drives and transfers use a private, pop-up-roof 4x4 vehicle — the same vehicle throughout the tour, stocked with mineral water, snacks, power sockets and binoculars, and never shared with other travellers.
